Hello Everyone,

Welcome to my blog.

I'm Katherine: a mother loving foodie, wife to an amazing husband, nature-loving tree hugger, road trippin photographer, dog-lovin hippie, Disneyland Mouseketeer, & Reno's #1 fan.

I aim to connect Reno residents, families, visitors, and tourists to useful information through firsthand experiences to help them live their best lives.

Reno and its surrounding areas have so much going on and I'm here to help make sense of it all, filtering out the best experiences, attractions, venues, restaurants, things to do, nearby destinations, and more.

Some Things You'll Find on My Blog
*Useful Information for Families - This may include the best parks and playgrounds, most kid-friendly restaurants, things to do in the summer, event services for parties, and so much more.

*Good Eats - I'm a major foodie at heart and I will make sure to share all of the best eats in town from all cuisines, price levels, and more.

I focus a lot on helping local businesses that are doing everything right, get the recognition they deserve.

Follow me as I build useful, focused foodie guides that cut straight to the chase.

*Events - If you didn't know, Reno's year-round events are a big part of what makes it special.  Get the inside scoop on all of them as I conquer each.  Some of the most known include our annual Great Balloon Race, Reno Rodeo, Hot August Nights, Burning Man, Reno Air Races, The Great Italian Festival, and more.

*Services - Want to know where to go to get your blender fixed, who to hire to make your child's birthday party special, who to trust to find you the perfect house, or who to hire to cater for your special wedding day?  I'll have all the information right here.

*Seasonal - With the changing seasons come different events and activities. You will find seasonal guides year to year with event information, information on seasonal attractions, things to do, and foods to enjoy.

*Local Directory - I'm currently building a directory filled with links to websites, social media accounts, and websites of local businesses.
